The costal town of Durban in KwaZulu Natal is the King of the Sunshine Coast. If you want a bit more than just beautiful beaches why not visit the Aquarium, Botanical Gardens or

the Snake Park. Durban is also an ideal starting point to explore the rest of KwaZulu Natal.

Just over 3 hours drive from Durban are the battlefields of Isandlwana and Rourkes Drift which are well worth a visit.

To the south of Durban lie Aliwal Shoal which is one of the best dive sites in the world. With a bit of luck, you may also be able to watch the 'Sardine Run' which is one of natures most amazing sights.
